OUR PROTEIN OFFERINGS
1. CELL PROTEIN LYSATES
We distribute over-expression lysates of full-length human proteins from OriGene. OriGene’s over-expression lysates of full-length human proteins are produced through their comprehensive collections of human open reading frame (ORF) clones in which these clones are constructed using the standard pCMV6-ENTRY vector with myc and DDK tag at its C-terminus for protein detection. These clones are then transfected into HEK293T cells after expression for 24-48 hours in order to obtain cell protein lysates of full-length human proteins that are ready for experimental use.

We distribute full-length human proteins from OriGene. These full-length human proteins are made from human cells and are expressed in HEK293T cells. 3. MUTANT PROTEIN
We distribute mutant proteins from OriGene. A mutant protein is a protein encoded by a gene with mutations. Broadly mutations can be classified into 7 categories. These include missense mutation, nonsense mutation, insertion, deletion, duplication, frameshift, and repeat expansion. Mutant proteins unlike other protein biomarkers, are produced by tumor cells, hence excellent target for biomarker development and drugs. Currently there is a critical need for assays to quantify mutant proteins in tumors and having a well characterized & stable positive control is an essential.
