Immunostep introduces Human Capture Beads, a product designed for the direct isolation of specific exosomes. Specific exosomes purification from one cell type, or exosome subpopulation characterization, remains a challenge in preclinical research.
How Do Human Capture Beads Work?
Thanks to their human capture beads, it is possible to isolate specific exosomes among others, directly from biological fluids (including serum, plasma, CSF, saliva, and urine). This allows researchers to perform specific exosome isolation from different purification techniques without previous sample enrichment procedures.
What Are The Downstream Applications?
Once isolated, the specific exosome subpopulations are fully compatible with downstream analysis. This ensures smooth transitions into subsequent laboratory assays, including:
