What are the Main Characteristics of ExoELISA-step?
The ExoELISA-Step kit is designed with three main characteristics for laboratory workflows:

How Does the ELISA Workflow Operate?
The kit utilizes a standard sandwich ELISA format:

It begins with a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody (CD63).

Researchers add the sample or standard.

A biotinylated detection antibody (CD9) is added.

Streptavidin HRP-Conjugated is introduced.

Finally, researchers add colorimetric substrate to yield a colored product.
What is the Content of the Kit?
The kits are supplied in 96 tests unit sizes and include an immunoplate and sealing film, washing buffer, buffer diluent, primary antibody (CD9 biotin), HRP-Conjugated, substrate solution, and stop solution.

ExoELISA-Step Serum/Plasma (Reference: EXO2508): Includes a Standard (Serum/plasma). This kit is intended for RUO in the detection of human exosomes from Plasma samples.

ExoELISA-Step Cell Culture (Reference: EXO2506): Includes a Standard for assay calibration (PC3). This kit is intended for RUO in the detection of human exosomes from cell culture samples.
