Empowering the Next Generation of Biotech Talent: Celebrating Our 2026 Summer Internship Journey

At LAB-A-PORTER, our mission is deeply rooted in supporting Hong Kong’s vibrant life science ecosystem. We believe that advancing scientific discovery goes hand-in-hand with nurturing emerging talent and building genuine, supportive connections with our local research community. This August, we were thrilled to complete our 2026 Biotech Brand Ambassador Summer Internship Program, celebrating the growth, dedication, and impactful contributions of our two incredible summer interns.

Over four dynamic weeks, our interns immersed themselves in the intersection of biotech commercialization, scientific engagement, and community building. The program offered an extraordinarily comprehensive and fruitful experience bridging scientific theory with real-world industry practice. From intensive training in advanced preclinical research topics and market strategy to hands-on exhibition support, the journey was packed with actionable learning. The interns capped off their experience with direct campus outreach at top local universities, gathering feedback from researchers and crafting tailored technical resources. This blend of technical deep dives, frontline event execution, and field engagement ensured a truly transformative and informative journey for our emerging biotech talent.
