in vivo GRADE ANTIBODIES AT UNMATCHED PRICES

Bio X Cell offers 300 high quality monoclonal antibodies supporting a wide range of your research needs.

High quality monoclonal antibodies for in vivo research

Bio X Cell has been supplying the research community for over 20 years with in vivo grade antibodies for biomedical research. It is Bio X Cell’s commitment to providing the highest quality monoclonal antibodies at lowest prices for in vitro and in vivo pre-clinical animal studies. Bio X Cell understands the strict quality criteria required for such studies and the financial limitations faced by many researchers.

Therefore their antibodies are:
Ultra-low in endotoxin | No azide, other preservatives or protein stabilizers | InVivoPlus is free of murine pathogens | Protein aggregates <5% | Highly competitive prices.

With over 300 monoclonal antibodies covering a diverse range of research areas and are widely used for in vivo and in vitro antigen neutralization and pathway blockade as well as cell-specific depletion. Bio X Cell’s portfolio of antibodies, including isotype controls, features the most relevant and best-researched antibodies on the market. Bio X Cell also offers custom antibody production/purification services.

All Bio X Cell products are significantly discounted for bulk purchasing and customers from academia.

“I am totally satisfied with the service Bio X Cell has given us.  When anyone asks me for CTLA-4 antibodies, I always refer them to you. I look forward to another 20 years.”

InVivoMab™

  • Formulated for in vivo application (but can also be used for in vitro)
  • > 95% pure, verified via SDS-PAGE
  • Low endotoxin levels (< 2 EU/mg)
  • Azide and carrier protein free
  • If desired, larger quantities possible (mg to g)
  • High concentrations (3-10 mg/ml)

InVivoPlus™

InVivoPlus™ antibodies are structurally and functionally identical to the InVivoMab™ versions, with the added benefit of additional QC measures.

  • Formulated to exceed the rigorous standards required for in vivo work
  • > 95% pure, validated via flow cytometry, ELISA, and/or Western blot
  • Ultra-low endotoxin levels (< 1 EU/mg)
  • Aggregates validated at ≤ 5% via dynamic light scattering
  • Murine pathogen free (screened using ultrasensitive qPCR)
  • If desired, larger quantities possible (mg to g)

Isotype controls

Isotype control antibodies serve as negative controls, allowing researchers to differentiate between non-specific background signals and specific effects of the antibody of interest. They must match the species and isotype of the primary antibody of interest but have no specificity for the target species.

  • > 95% pure via SDS-PAGE
  • Available in InVivoMab™ and InVivoPlus™ formats
  • Ready for in vivo administration
  • Azide and carrier protein free
  • If desired, larger quantities possible (mg to g)
  • High concentrations (3-10 mg/ml)

InVivoPure™ dilution buffers

Bio X Cell’s InVivoPure™ dilution buffers are specifically formulated to satisfy the stringent requirements of in vivo applications. They identically match the composition and pH of the buffer Bio X Cell’s antibodies are formulated in.

  • Non-toxic, non-antigenic in animal models
  • Ultra-low endotoxin levels (< 0.5 EU/mg)
  • Murine pathogen free

InVivoSIM biosimilar antibodies

Bio X Cell InVivoSIM™ antibodies are research-grade biosimilar monoclonal antibodies. Each biosimilar antibody is produced using recombinant technology and incorporates the same variable region sequence as the original pharmaceutical drug.

  • Exceptional Purity
  • Binding Validation
  • Ultra-low Endotoxin Levels
  • Pathogen Free
  • Low Protein Aggregation

ReadyTag™ antibodies

These recombinant proteins are produced with a small antigenic sequence to which an antibody can bind specifically. The most commonly used of these tag epitopes include polyhistidine tag, HA tag, c-myc tag, as well as proteins like GFP and GST.

  • Formulated for in vivo applications
  • > 95% purity
  • Low endotoxin levels (< 2 EU/mg)
  • Preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein free

Fusion proteins

Fusion proteins are constructed by combining the binding domain of a cell surface receptor with the Fc portion of an antibody. The receptor portion functions as a decoy binding site to bind and capture ligand molecules that would otherwise bind to the endogenous receptor.

  • Recombinant antibody (hum/hum)
  • Formulated for in vivo applications
  • > 95% purity
  • Available in InVivoMab™ and InVivoPlus™ formats
  • Preservative, stabilizer, and carrier protein free
