REPORTER CELL LINES
Abeomics’ proprietary Reporter Cell Lines provide an advanced system for screening key pathways involved in immune regulation and inflammation.
Reporter cell lines are used for cell-based assays for screening of drugs/compounds under the stimulatory or inhibitory e ffects. Abeomics have developed several engineered stable cell lines, where luciferase is used as a reporter gene, which is under the control of upstream promoters. These stable cell lines can be used to study stimulation or inhibitions of receptors, kinases and transcriptional factors.
The Leeporter™ Stable Reporter Cell Lines feature target promoters or upstream response elements for numerous critical pathways such as TLRs/RLRs, Interleukins, p53 pathway, Nrf2, Wnt pathway, STAT and NF-κB pathways, all driving Renilla Luciferase reporter gene expression.
