Blocking of IL-7 cut off the progression of spot baldness and reversed early spot baldness in mice
Blocking of IL-7 receptor subunit alpha (IL-7Ra) significantly reduced the total number of most T cell subsets, but relative sparing of regulatory T cells (Tregs)
Short-term IL-7Ra blockade, with the combination of low doses of Treg-tropic cytokines, can strengthen therapeutic effects in the treatment of spot baldness
